It all starts with our CrossFit On-Ramp Course – An introduction to everything that is CrossFit. Our On-Ramp course consists of 6 one hour sessions of one-on-one personal training to familiarize yourself with the movements, vocabulary, nutrition model, and training structure of CrossFit. Everyone starting CrossFit for the first time must go through this course unless you can already show us proficient experience with the primary CrossFit skills. We can turn these into small group sessions if you’d like to start with a friend. Pricing below.
ALREADY WELL VERSED IN ALL THINGS CROSSFIT?
If you already know what you’re doing in a CrossFit box and are ready to join our community then just stop by the gym one day and talk to one of our coaches. We will ask you to show us proof of your CrossFit abilities before we give you free range of the gym, so be prepared to show us a kipping pull-up or 5 and maybe put a barbell over your head for a couple Oly lift movements.
A CrossFit Unlimited Membership gives you just that: Unlimited access to our facility during business hours for WOD Classes or Open Gym Sessions. Train as much as you’d like.
CrossFit Unlimited PLUS Membership
An upgrade to our CrossFit Unlimited membership adding an hour of personal training per month scheduled at your convenience. Personal training can give you that little extra help that’s needed in things likemastering a specificskill, or figuring out a nutrition plan that works for you. We HIGHLY recommend this membership aswe see athletesreach their goals much faster with just a little more investment.
