Owner Scott Barbee has been involved with CrossFit for almost 12 years now and in gyms since the booming popularity of HIIT style training has come onto the scene. He has been lucky enough to have met and trained with some of the fittest people around.

If you are NEW TO CROSSFIT It all starts with our CrossFit On-Ramp Course – An introduction to everything that is CrossFit. Our On-Ramp course consists of 6 one hour sessions of one-on-one personal training to familiarize yourself with the movements, vocabulary, nutrition model, and training structure of CrossFit.

Our coaches are the heart of the gym. It’s not just another job or position to them. Their passion shows through the way they treat our members. They give more than just a repeated dialogue you would expect from a “trainer”. Coaches become friends and even more than that, they have an effect on the members much longer than just the hour they are there.
