Want to get a taste of what CrossFit 584 is all about? We have a free trial community WOD (workout of the day) every Saturday at 10:00 am, so feel free to bring friends! All we need from you is to sign up by clicking the link below, show up with a bottle of water, athletic attire, and a little motivation. We’ll take care of the rest!

It all starts with our CrossFit On-Ramp Course – An introduction to everything that is CrossFit. Our On-Ramp course consists of 6 one hour sessions of one-on-one personal training to familiarize yourself with the movements, vocabulary, nutrition model, and training structure of CrossFit. Everyone starting CrossFit for the first time must go through this course unless you can already show us proficient experience with the primary CrossFit skills. We can turn these into small group sessions if you’d like to start with a friend. Pricing below.
ALREADY WELL VERSED IN ALL THINGS CROSSFIT?
If you already know what you’re doing in a CrossFit box and are ready to join our community then just stop by the gym one day and talk to one of our coaches. We will ask you to show us proof of your CrossFit abilities before we give you free range of the gym, so be prepared to show us a kipping pull-up or 5 and maybe put a barbell over your head for a couple Oly lift movements.
